Poco F3 GT smartphone was caught overheating

This year, Xiaomi smartphones have been repeatedly caught in excessive heating. The worst was the case with the models of the Mi 11 line, but Xiaomi has already taken control of the situation with the flagships. And now users began to complain about the excessive hotness of the Poco F3 GT.

This smartphone, we recall, was released in the second half of July and is a copy of the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition gaming model. Poco F3 GT is built on SoC MediaTek Dimensity 1200, which, apparently, is the stumbling block in this case. However, not all users have a smartphone overheating, and so far no pattern has been identified for sure. However, the company noted that the problem arises with the MIUI 12.5.4.0.RKJINXM firmware, and is already preparing a "temperature control strategy update". There is no exact release date for this "strategy" yet: it is expected that the update, eliminating overheating, will appear within a few weeks.
