The inexpensive Realme Band fitness bracelet was released last spring, and this week it is expected to announce its successor, which has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The source writes that the company should show the new product on August 18.
According to previously published renders, the Realme Band 2 has a design inspired by the Huawei Band 6. The wearable device will be equipped with a large 1.4-inch display, while the first bracelet had a 0.96-inch screen. The fitness tracker will measure 45.9 x 26.6 x 12.1 mm. The body will be slightly thicker compared to the original Realme Band. In addition, the Realme Band 2 is expected to support multiple watch faces and sport modes.
Realme Band 2 should get a heart rate sensor, blood sugar monitoring, and blood pressure measurement. The fitness bracelet supports Bluetooth 5.1 and is dust and water-resistant (IP68).
Realme Band 2 may first debut in India, but later the novelty will appear in the rest of the world.
