Huawei introduced MateStation X with 4K + screen and AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor

Huawei last week unveiled its first all-in-one PC, the MateStation X. The formal competitor to the iMac is very similar to its American counterpart - the screen bezels are just as small as in the iMac 2021. And in profile, the computer is very thin. The stand also evokes certain associations with an Apple product, but only when viewed from the front. From the back, you can see that the MateStation X stand is more massive, and it allows you not only to change the angle of inclination of the display but also to adjust the height of the screen.

The display is the highlight of the MateStation X. The device uses a 28.2-inch panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2560 pixels (aspect ratio - 3: 2). Moreover, the screen is touch-sensitive - it supports the definition of up to 10 simultaneous touches. The display occupies 92% of the front panel area.

The matrix provides coverage of 98% of the DCI-P3 color space and 100% of the sRGB color space, HDR400 certification is also declared and accurate color reproduction: the DeltaE value is no more than one.

At the heart of the MateStation X hardware platform is an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor (this is in the top version and in the base version - Ryzen 5 5600H). The amount of RAM is 16 GB, the amount of SSD is 512 GB.

The Shark Fin 3.0 system is specially designed for cooling the monoblock: during normal use, the case temperature does not exceed 36 degrees, and the noise level is 20 dB. Much attention has been paid to the sound subsystem of the computer. It was developed in collaboration with Devialet and includes two full-range loudspeakers with a total power of 10 W, one subwoofer with a power of 10 W, and two passive radiators.

Huawei MateStation X is available for purchase in China from today. The cost of the base version with Ryzen 5 5600H is $ 1,550, the price of the option with Ryzen 7 5800H is $ 1,860.
