AMD RX 6400/6500 XT graphics cards have been upgraded to 6nm process

The Navi 24 GPUs on the AMD RX 6400 and RX 6500 XT graphics cards have been upgraded to 6nm technology, and these two entry-level graphics cards have only public version designs. The GPUs on the AMD RX 6400 and RX 6500 XT graphics cards should use TSMC’s 6nm process. In terms of power consumption, RX 6500 XT is 103W, RX 6400 is 53W; the former requires a 6pin power supply, and the latter does not require an independent power supply. Both graphics cards are HDMI+DP two interfaces.

In terms of parameters, it is reported that the RX 6500 XT will be equipped with a complete Navi 24 GPU, 1024 stream processors, 16 light accelerators, and 4GB 16Gbps GDDR6 video memory.
