The Securities Times e company quoted Shenzhen Tianma Information as reporting that Tianma Display Technology's sixth-generation flexible AMOLED production line project (TM18) is expected to achieve product lighting in the first half of 2022.
Shentianma also said that while this flexible AMOLED production line is expected to climb the slope, with years of research and development and layout in Micro LED, Shentianma A will focus on the introduction of Micro-LED in vehicles.
It is reported that Tianma Display Technology's sixth-generation flexible AMOLED production line project (TM18) will be fully started in May 2020, and the full structure of the main plant will be capped in May 2021, refreshing the construction speed of panel plants of the same industry and the same scale. On September 13, 2021, the project's first core equipment evaporation machine was successfully moved in. According to the company's plan, it is expected that the product will be illuminated in the first half of 2022.
According to the relevant person in charge of Shenzhen Tianma, the project is designed to process 48,000 flexible display substrates per month. It is currently the largest monomer factory in China and the most advanced flexible AMOLED monomer factory in the world. It is also the largest monomer high-tech manufacturing project in Xiamen history. After completion, the flexible AMOLED production capacity that will help Tianma's operation and management will rank among the top three in the world.
