Chinese 12315 mobile work platform is officially launched

According to reports, the State Administration of Market Supervision officially launched the nationwide 12315 mobile work platform, providing an efficient and safe mobile office platform for the five levels of the State Administration, province, city, county, and institute, realizing the extension of 12315 processing to the mobile terminal, and effectively improving the work efficiency of 12315. To better serve the masses.

The new platform has three main functions:

• One is mobile disposal. 12315 personnel in various places can use mobile phones to handle complaints and reports and perform work order diversion, processing, approval, and feedback.
• The second is the cloud mediation room. Relying on Tencent meetings and WeChat, multi-party online “face-to-face” mediation of consumers, companies being complained, and 12315 personnel has been realized, and complaint mediation has “zero movement”.
• The third is handheld training evaluation. A business ability learning enhancement module has been built to promote the sharing of training resources and knowledge of laws and regulations across all lines, regularly organize online assessments and knowledge competitions, and conduct interactive exchanges on difficult work issues.
