Intel NUC 12 Extreme mini host internal image exposed

Intel’s new NUC series mini host will be launched soon. According to the latest photos, NUC 12 may use the desktop version of the Alder Lake processor instead of the mobile version. In June 2021, Intel launched the NUC 11 Extreme Beast Canyon, equipped with a Core i9-11900KB processor, a renamed mobile Tiger Lake processor.

Recently, the Twitter whistleblower 9550pro released an internal picture called NUC 12 Extreme. It can be seen that the machine uses the LGA1700 interface, which is the interface of the 12th generation Alder Lake desktop processor. In addition, the whistleblower said that the device supports NVMe PCIe Gen4 and DDR4 memory.

In the middle of this month, Intel has registered the new NUC 12 series mainframes with the Eurasian Economic Commission, including the NUC 12 Pro series and the NUC 12 Extreme series.

According to FanlessTech news, Intel’s new NUC series mini host will be launched soon, and the NUC 12 Enthusiast model is likely to be equipped with Intel’s own Arc Ruixuan unique display.
