OmniVision released its first 200 million pixel image sensor

At this year's CES, OmniVision officially released its first and the world's smallest 200-megapixel image sensor: OVB0B, with an optical format of 1/1.28". The OVB0B single pixel is only 0.61μm in size and supports 100% QPD focusing technology for excellent high-speed autofocus performance. In terms of speed, the OVB0B can achieve a frame rate of 90fps with a 4×4 combined sampling output of 12.5MP, and the on-chip remosaic supports a 50MP resolution output at 24fps and 8K video output at 30fps.
