In 2021, the integrated circuit industry of Zhuhai High-tech Zone will accelerate its rise, and the economic scale will increase from 2.62 billion yuan in 2020 to 3.83 billion yuan. The growth rate exceeded 45%, achieving unprecedented results in the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan".
By the end of 2021, the total number of integrated circuit industry enterprises in Zhuhai High-tech Zone has reached 90, of which 17 are above-scale integrated circuit enterprises, with an economic scale of 3.83 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 45.7%.
In the past year, Zhuhai High-tech Zone introduced a total of 12 new integrated circuit industry projects, with a total investment expected to reach 5.58 billion yuan. At present, the integrated circuit field of Zhuhai High-tech Zone has gathered 41 high-tech enterprises, 11 national, provincial, and municipal enterprise technology centers, and 14 provincial and municipal engineering technology centers.
