It has been confirmed that the new Fuji X-H2 camera will have two versions, one with a new 26-megapixel CMOS, and the other with a 40-megapixel CMOS. The 2022 X-Summit will be held in May, when Fujifilm will release the fifth-generation X-series models. The official said that the new camera integrates the technological crystallization of Fujifilm in the past 10 years and will be a revolutionary work of the X series.

It is reported that Fuji's new X-H2 camera is expected to be equipped with a newly designed image sensor and a new image processor, and the high-pixel model will have DCI 8K and UHD 8K video shooting capabilities. In early 2018, Fuji officially released the X-H1 mirrorless camera, with a starting price of $1,899.95. The Fuji X-H1 camera uses the same 24.3-megapixel APS-C frame X-Trans CMOS III sensor as the X-T2, with a maximum continuous shooting speed of 14fp, supports five-axis body image stabilization, and can shoot 4K 30p 200Mbps video.
