Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has been previewing Apple's March conference event for several weeks. While people were looking forward to the Cupertino company's invitation to go out today, it seems all is quiet now.
If you ask the Siri personal assistant on Apple 's iPhone : "What is going to be announced at the Apple Event?" Siri will give you that answer.
"You can't hurry news. No, you'll just have to wait."
It's interesting because no matter what wording you try for that phrase or when the Apple event will take place, Siri just directs you to the Apple event website.
Previously, Siri had been teased ahead of Apple's announcement of its spring event. For example, in 2015, when you asked it "Give me a hint.", the personal assistant gave a different answer. In fact, now asking "Give me a hint." will also cause Siri to say "You can't hurry news."
According to the entry of the Eurasian database, Apple is rumored to hold a spring conference event, announcing the new iPhone SE 3 5G mobile phone, supporting the new iPad Air 5 for centering portraits, and as many as three new Mac devices.
While Apple could still announce a March 8 event, Chance Miller noted that the company could delay the event due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Since this is a delicate moment, Apple may think holding a launch event now is bad for the company's marketing.
That said, it's also possible that Apple could just release these products through press releases, as it has done over the past few years.
