As of the end of June 2022, there have been a total of 74,000 applications for the registration of layout designs of integrated circuits in my country, and 57,000 certificates have been issued.
He pointed out that the data in the first half of 2022 mainly showed five characteristics, including the stable trend of intellectual property creation, the strong innovation vitality of domestic enterprises, the increased inclusiveness of patent and trademark pledge financing, the expansion of the geographical indication industry, and the strengthening of patent reserves in emerging technologies.
In terms of the stable trend of intellectual property creation, in the first half of the year, due to factors such as the epidemic, domestic applications for intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, and integrated circuit layout designs showed a trend of first falling and then rising, and the overall stability was stable. Taking Shanghai as an example, the number of invention patent applications in June reversed the decline in the previous period, and the month-on-month data recovered. Local intellectual property management departments and innovation entities actively overcome the impact of the epidemic, and their innovation and creativity capabilities have been restored.
In terms of the strong innovation vitality of domestic enterprises, as of the end of June 2022, the number of domestic enterprises with valid invention patents reached 325,000, a year-on-year increase of 20.3%; the number of valid invention patents owned was 2.107 million, a year-on-year increase of 22.0%, higher than the national The average growth rate was 4.5 percentage points. Among them, there are 155,000 high-tech enterprises, specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises, with 1.334 million valid invention patents, a year-on-year increase of 23.4%, accounting for 47.8% of domestic enterprises. 63.3% of domestic enterprises have valid invention patents. volume and maintain a strong innovation vitality.
In terms of strengthening patent reserves in emerging technology fields, as of the end of June 2022, the top three technical fields in terms of the number of valid invention patents in China are computer technology, measurement, and digital communication, accounting for 9.4%, 7.6% and 6.8% of the total, respectively. %; the top three growth rates are information technology management methods, computer technology, and medical technology, with year-on-year growth of 78.5%, 32.3%, and 27.1% respectively.
