AMD B650 series motherboards released on October 4th

AMD Ryzen 7000 processors and X670 series motherboards will be available on September 27. Today, AMD announced that it will release the B650 series motherboards on October 4th. For ordinary consumers, the Ryzen 7000 + B650 series motherboards are undoubtedly a more cost-effective choice.

According to AMD's official website, on October 4, manufacturers such as ASUS, ASRock, and MSI will introduce their B650 and B650E series motherboards. AMD announced at the Ryzen 7000 conference that the B650 series motherboards will be available in October. The following is AMD's positioning description for the 600 series motherboards:

  • AMD X670 Extreme: Rich connectivity and incredible overclocking capabilities with PCIe 5.0 support for graphics and storage
  • AMD X670: Designed for enthusiasts, supports overclocking, supports PCIe 5.0 storage, and optionally supports PCIe 5.0 graphics cards
  • AMD B650E: Designed for high-performance users, supports PCIe 5.0 storage, and optional graphics cards that support PCIe 5.0
  • AMD B650: Designed for mainstream users, supports DDR5 memory, optional PCIe® 5.0 support
