The meeting emphasized that first, adhere to the system concept and examine the development and price of the lithium industry from the entire industry chain. Encourage upstream and downstream enterprises to establish long-term benefit-sharing collaborative relationships through signing long-term agreements, work together to maintain a smooth and stable supply chain, and build competitive advantages in the entire industry chain side by side. The second is to adhere to the bottom line thinking, seize the current critical window period, study and formulate relevant work plans to promote the development of the lithium industry, and propose a package of policy measures from the aspects of "more development, stable imports, reduction, and promotion of recycling", and cooperate with all parties to speed up domestic development. Development and utilization of resources to form supply capacity as soon as possible.

According to Baichuan Yingfu data, as of September 15, the average domestic market price of battery-grade lithium carbonate has reached 510,000 yuan/ton. The price is very close to the historical high in March this year, when the average price was 517,000 yuan/ton.
