Due to a large number of media mistakes, Nvidia clarified today that the TSMC 4N used in the RTX 40 GPU is a 5nm process, not a 4nm process.
TSMC 4N 5nm ✅ pic.twitter.com/IrruHqdNTj

The Nvidia RTX 40 GPU uses a 5nm-based TSMC 4N process, and the N in "4N" should stand for Nvidia custom.
At present, NVIDIA's official press release and the press releases of various graphics card manufacturers basically use the "TSMC 4N" writing method and do not specify the specific nm process.
The NVIDIA RTX 4090 will be available on October 12, and the RTX 4080 will be available in November.
