Whistleblower Onleaks released renderings of the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus, which do not look much different from the previous generation.
Samsung Galaxy S23
Onleaks revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 is slightly larger than the previous generation, measuring approximately 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.6 mm. The renderings also show that the Galaxy S23 will use the exact same design as the Galaxy S22, except that the frame of the camera module has been removed and replaced with a separate camera arrangement similar to the S22 Ultra.
From the front, the renders suggest the phone will have slightly wider bezels than the previous generation, while the display size remains the same. According to information shared by OnLeaks, the Samsung Galaxy S23 display size is 6.1 inches and may have a refresh rate of 120Hz. The rendering also shows that the display will use a centered punch-hole, and according to previous rumors, it will be equipped with a 12MP front-facing camera.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, larger memory, and a 5% increase in battery capacity. 3C certification shows that the machine is equipped with a 25W charger.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus is also equipped with a 25W charger in the 3C certification. The design is similar to the previous Galaxy S23. The frame part of the rear camera module is removed, and it is changed to an independent camera arrangement.
Onleaks revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus will feature a 6.6-inch display, which will be slightly larger at 157.7 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm, compared to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus' 157.4 x 75.8 x 7.6 mm.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus is also equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and we can look forward to follow-up revelations.
