Samsung to return to Russia in October

According to Russian informed media, Samsung is expected to return to the Russian market within this year, after the company suspended sales in Russia for half a year due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. It is understood that Samsung is expected to resume the supply of equipment to retailers and the opening of the official online store in October.

Samsung suspended shipments in early March 2022, citing "geopolitical developments." As of the fourth quarter of 2021, Samsung has a 30% market share in Russia and is the main supplier of mobile phones in Russia.
