India's TCL Huaxing TV LCD Panel Reaches 100K Monthly Output and Mass Production Capacity

TCL Huaxing TV LCD panel has reached a milestone in its production in India, with a monthly output of 100,000 units. This achievement was announced by TCL CSOT on December 30, 2022, and marks a significant step forward for the company's operations in India.

The TCL Huaxing TV Open cell will be lit for the first time on June 3, 2022, and will be produced at China Star India, TCL China Star's first overseas plant. Located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, in southern India, the plant is currently planning to open five TV bonding lines with an annual production capacity of 8 million units.

The factory will primarily produce 32-inch to 55-inch TV Open cells, which will be shipped to customers in India and the global market. This new production capacity will not only meet the demand for TCL's products in India but also help the company expand its presence in the global market.

India Huaxing, a subsidiary of TCL China Star, has successfully reached a monthly output of 100,000 TV Open cells (LCD panels) at its facility in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The factory, which is China Star's first overseas plant, is planning to open five TV bonding lines with an annual production capacity of 8 million units. The factory will primarily produce 32-inch to 55-inch TV Open cells, which will be shipped to customers in India and the global market.

In addition to its TV production, India Huaxing also covers emerging markets in different application fields and with various display technologies, including mobile phones. The company has already completed the installation and commissioning of its first production line, and the second production line is currently being installed. By Q2 2023, India Huaxing's monthly production capacity is expected to reach 300,000 units. As the company continues to expand, it will gradually move into the remaining three module production lines based on market conditions.
