While the official release date is set for January 10, it is expected that only a small number of samples will be available in the initial stage. Mass production of the Sapphire Rapids processors is not expected until the second quarter or even the second half of the year. This means that it may be some time before we see significant results from the new processors.
However, industry insiders claim that Intel will ramp up production of the Sapphire Rapids in May, suggesting that the company is confident in the success of the new product.

According to Park Jae-geun, president of the Korea Semiconductor Display Technology Society and a professor at Hanyang University, actual DDR5 DRAM sales may not be possible until the third or fourth quarter, even if data center companies conduct on-site verification work.

Intel's upcoming Sapphire Rapids-WS processors, set to be unveiled on January 10, are expected to be called the Xeon W 3400 series once they hit the market.
