The world is eagerly waiting for the global launch of the X90 series by vivo, a major model in the smartphone family. In the meantime, the team at DxOMark has evaluated the camera of the X90 Pro+ and placed it in the ranking of the best camera phones of the moment.
Score and Ranking: The X90 Pro+ received a total score of 140 on DxOMark, placing it in tenth position in the ranking of the best camera phones. The latest model from vivo's X series to be tested by DxOMark was the X80 Pro, which received 137 points, so the X90 Pro+ represents a step forward in terms of camera performance.
Camera Features: The X90 Pro+ is equipped with a quad camera that includes a 50 MP f/1.75 primary sensor with a 1” sensor, autofocus, and OIS, a 48 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens with a 114° FOV, a 50 MP f/1.6 telephoto lens with 2x zoom and OIS, and a 64 MP f/3.5 telephoto lens with a 3.5X optical/10X digital zoom, periscope module, and OIS.
Photographic Performance: According to DxOMark, the X90 Pro+ offers good details and good exposure. The noise remains low in both bright light conditions and indoors, and shots with zoom offer a good level of detail. The autofocus is slightly under the top, and there are sometimes inaccuracies in color rendering and some artifacts in high-contrast scenes.
