The current price cut of the 256GB version is an attempt to attract more buyers and maintain sales momentum. The smartphone market in China is highly competitive, and Xiaomi is one of the leading brands in this space. Therefore, reducing the price of the Redmi K60 mobile phone is a smart strategy to attract more buyers.

The limited-time discount is a clever marketing strategy to create a sense of urgency among potential buyers. The timing of the sale is also noteworthy since it coincides with the International Women's Day, which is celebrated on March 8. Xiaomi may be hoping to capitalize on this occasion to attract more female buyers, who are an essential demographic for smartphone brands.
