Some media exposed a set of interior spy photos of Audi's new generation A5L model

Recently, some media exposed a set of interior spy photos of Audi's new generation A5L model. It is reported that this car will replace the existing A4L, while the A4L will only retain the pure electric version.

The interior design of Audi's new A5L adopts the style of the overseas Q6 e-tron, making it more modern and technological overall. The new car is equipped with a new three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, as well as a full LCD digital instrument and an integrated curved screen in the central control. It is worth mentioning that the new car also adds a embedded LCD screen in the passenger position for the first time. In addition, the new car also uses an electronic toggle shifting mechanism.

In terms of power, Audi's new A5L will provide a variety of power options, including a 1.5T+48-volt mild hybrid system, a 2.0T turbocharged engine, and a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system. The transmission system of the new car will be matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and some models will also provide a four-wheel drive system. It is understood that the 1.5T plug-in hybrid model has a pure electric range of up to 100 kilometers (data refers to the new generation of overseas Passat models).

The Audi A5L is expected to go into domestic production next year and compete with models such as the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and Cadillac CT5.
