Samsung announced last week that the Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 phones will receive the Android Pie update starting June 3. It seems, however, that some Galaxy M30 users have already started receiving the Pie update a few days early. The OTA update indeed brings Samsung's One UI software with it along with the latest Android security patch.

The Android Pie update brings a lot more features and improvements. The Samsung keyboard gets the new Unicode 11.0 emojis, the camera app gets a new Scene Optimiser and new editing tools have been added to the Gallery, among other things. Galaxy M30 users can manually check for the Android Pie update by heading to Settings > Software update. Samsung will likely push out the Android Pie update for the Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 in the next few days as well.
