Pixel 4 leaks in live photos days after Google confirmed the phone

Google has confirmed the Pixel 4 already. Some rumours and leaks have been talking about the Pixel 4 for a long time now. Until now, rumours and leaks suggested that the Pixel 4 will come with three rear cameras onboard. oogle posted official pictures of the Pixel 4 on Thursday and in the photo, the smartphone can be seen with two cameras on the back panel and not three. Now it looks like Pixel 4 rumours are in no mood to stop anytime soon. A new leak coming from 9to5Google now shows Pixel 4 in live images.

This is for the first time that the Google Pixel 4 has been leaked in live pictures. The live pictures go inline with the photo/sketch of the Pixel 4 posted by Google mid this week. This means in the live photos the Pixel 4 appear with dual rear cameras on the back. The photos, however, show the alleged Pixel 4 sit inside a phone cover. Due to the cover the pictures don't reveal a lot of details about the Pixel 4. The pictures just show the camera module of the Pixel 4 that appears to be like the upcoming iPhone 11. Rumours and leaks suggest that the upcoming iPhones or iPhones of 2019 will come with a square camera module on the back panel. Google has confirmed that the Pixel 4 will also come with a square camera module on the back panel. Inside the camera module, there will be two cameras, an LED flash, and some sensors. Google confirmed these details and now the live images reconfirm these details.

Google usually launches its Pixel phones in the early days of October. But this year the launch of the Pixel may be delayed -- at least that is what a latest Verizon timeline suggests. According to a latest Verizon timeline Google Pixel 4 alongside the Pixel 4 XL may launch around October - November this year. Google is yet to reveal the launch timeline of the Pixel phones yet.

Google Pixel 4 image leaks show a notch-less design, but there is a catch

Google, in its image leak, gave us a fair glimpse of how the rear side of the phone would look like confirming a number of rumours such as a dual-rear camera setup, a squareish camera bump and the absence of rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. But what Google didn't reveal in its image was the display of the phone, leaving plenty of room for rumours and speculations.

Now, fresh images renders of the display of the upcoming Google Pixel 4 have surfaced online. The fresh image renders come as a courtesy of Jonas Daehnert who has beautifully created the display of Google's upcoming flagship device based on the leaks circulating on the internet and images shared by Google.

In the past couple of days, rumours have also indicated that Google could include its Soli radar chip in its Pixel 4 smartphone. This would enable the phone to make use of gesture based commands. If Google is indeed planning to include five camera sensors and the Soli radar chip in Pixel 4, it would make sense for the company to ditch the notch (and not opt for a punch hole camera display) and go for a design that includes bezels.

We have already seen Pixel 3a pulling a notch-less design spectacularly. The new image indicates that Pixel 4 would sport extremely thin bezels on the top and bottom. From the looks of it, bezels in Pixel 4 would be way narrower than the ones in Pixel 3a, so you don't need to worry about the bezels spoiling your on-screen experience. Beyond this, the Pixel 4, is likely to come in two colour variants, which one is expected to be black, the other, as per the image looks like a shade of grey.

As far as other details are concerned, the Google Pixel 4 is likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and sport up to 6GB RAM. It is likely to run on Android 9.0 and come with Google Assistant 2.0.
