Tipster claims OnePlus 9, 9 Pro won't feature periscope lens

Leaked renders and images of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro suggested these phones won't come with periscope lenses. We have heard the same from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, who said the lineup will come with a regular telephoto unit instead. Now tipster Max Jambor has corroborated that bit, saying neither the OnePlus 9 nor the Pro variant will feature a periscope module.

We hope to see the lineup still come with some camera improvements since OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has said the company will focus its R&D efforts to improve the cameras on its smartphones.
