Xiaomi unveils the Mi Smart Projector 2 Pro at a price of 1,000 euros


During the recent event, Xiaomi revealed the Mi Smart Projector 2 Pro, which supports 1300 nit brightness and 1080p resolution, and will soon be available at a price of 1,000 euros. The Chinese giant has presented the latest home projectors Mi Smart 2 Pro with a projection of an image size ranging from 60 inches to 120 inches, and it also supports 1300 nit brightness, HDR10 display, and 1080p resolution.

The Mi Smart 2 Pro supports the auto focus feature thanks to the Time of Flight sensor, as the focusing process takes a few seconds, and the device also supports adjusting the image deviation through a camera that adjusts the image that is displayed.

Xiaomi also offers the Mi Smart 2 Pro with Android TV 9.0 operating system, and the Netflix service is pre-installed. The device also supports running applications for other content-streaming services, but the Netflix service gets a special button on the home projector.

The device also includes a quad-core Amlogic T972-H processor chip, with 16 GB storage capacity in eMMC, and Mi Smart 2 Pro also includes a set of ports including HDMI 2.0 that allows content to be played from local sources, ARC, AV input, and two USB ports 2.0.

The home projector also comes with Chromecast, which allows the user to seamlessly share photos and videos from the phone, and the device also supports connection to the Internet via the Ethernet port, and also supports wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi 5, and control via Google's digital assistant.

The Mi Smart 2 Pro includes two 10W amplifiers, Dolby technology, and DTS-HD, and can support the connection of external speakers via the 3.5 mm input, and the S / PDIF jack.

The device is characterized by measurements of 215 by 201 by 143 mm, and a weight of 3.7 kg, and it is scheduled to be available soon at a price of 1000 euros, or 900 euros for first reservation requests.
