Apple plans to launch a new version of iPod Touch soon


The latest reports confirm the technology giant's plans to announce soon a new version of the iPod Touch, and the device has already been spotted in 3D images recently.

Apple had launched the current iPod Touch a few years ago now, and today a new report revealed Apple's plans to launch a new version in the coming period, as it published new details via the @ AppleLe257 page on Twitter.

@ AppleLe257 also shared some 3D images that illustrate the upcoming iPod Touch design, which comes with a design that mimics the iPhone 12 series with a square frame, and Face ID camera support for facial recognition.

Also, expectations indicate that Apple is adding some changes to the design of the iPod Touch, including a larger screen size of 5.4 inches, which is the same size as the Apple iPhone 12 Mini.

Also, Apple is expected to return with a 3.5 mm headphone jack in its new version of the iPod Touch devices, which is one of the specifications that is absent from the iPhone phones now.
