Huawei has officially introduced two new monitors at its event - Huawei MateView and Huawei MateView GT. The former is for professionals, while the latter is for players. Both offer a relatively good price-performance ratio, although they are definitely not cheap products.
Huawei MateView and MateView GT monitors
Let's start with the team for professionals, ie Huawei MateView. It is equipped with a 28.2 ″ IPS panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2560 pixels and a 3: 2 aspect ratio, which is suitable not only for video editing but also for working with documents. The design is a bit like the Apple Pro Display XDR or the new iMac. It has a maximum brightness of 500 nits and has a 60 Hz refresh rate. It can cover 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut with 100% sRGB. On the back, there are several ports, including an audio jack or 65 W charging, such as a phone.
The Huawei MateView GT version is, as already mentioned, intended for gamers. It offers a 34 ″ curved display with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The maximum brightness is then 350 rivets. there is no lack of support for 100% sRGB color gamut and 90% DCI-P3. 5W speakers will be used for basic listening.
And the prices? We will pay $ 730 for Huawei MateView, which is about 15,200 crowns, and $ 560 for the gaming MateView GT, ie about 11,700 crowns. The sale starts on June 1.
