Honor 50 series comes with interesting equipment, design and Google services

Gone are the days without Google services, and Honor can once again offer customers around the world the app phones they want. It all started yesterday with the Honor 50 series, which includes the Honor 50 and Honor 50 Pro phones. Let's take a look at both phones together.

Honor 50 and 50 Pro officially introduced

Honor 50 and 50 Pro phones differ mainly in size. For versions, it offers a 6.72 ″ AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is disrupted by a pill cutout, where we find 32 MPx main + 12 MPx ultra-wide cameras. The sampling frequency is then a decent 300 Hz, and both models have to offer a dynamic refresh rate, which should improve battery life. The basic model then offers a smaller 6.57 ″ display with the same specifications and only one 32 MPx selfie camera.

Under the hood of both models, a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset is ticking, aided by 8 or 12 GB of RAM. On the back, we find the main 108 MPx sensor in combination with an 8 MPx ultra-wide camera and another 2 MPx sensor (one macro and the other depth). The system is then Magic UI 4.2, which is based on Android 11 and immediately after unpacking, we can look forward to Google services. The endurance is then taken care of by a 4,000 mAh battery with support for 100 W charging in the case of the Pro version, the basic model will offer 4,300 mAh with support for 66 W charging.

And the prices? The basic Honor 50 starts at 2699 CNY, ie with 9,000 crowns without tax, the variant for it will then cost about 12,300 crowns. Both phones are also to be available globally, so we will probably see them in the Czech Republic as well.
