The Chinese company, Huawei, revealed the official launch date of the Huawei MatePad 11 tablet, days after it announced the launch of the “Harmony OS” system, which aims to replace the “Android” system in its devices. According to IT Home, the Huawei MatePad 11 will be available for pre-order on June 14, and it will be officially launched on the market on June 22.
The tablet has dimensions of 253.8 x 165.3 x 7.2 mm, and it will come with a 10.95-inch IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 60 Hz / 120 Hz, and a display resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. The tablet comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, a 7250 mAh battery that supports 22.5W charging via the USB-C port, and it also supports Huawei's stylus.
The tablet works with the company's new HarmonyOS 2, and reports indicated that the device has now entered mass production in anticipation of high demand, as it will be the cheapest among all modern Huawei tablets. As for the cameras, the Huawei MatePad 11 has a single 13-megapixel rear camera, which can record 4K video at 30 frames per second, as well as an 8-megapixel front camera.
As for the price of Huawei MatePad 11, the version that includes 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage will cost $ 483, while the version that includes 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage will cost $ 604, and the tablet is scheduled to be available in China by September.
