Apple includes more suppliers of mini-LED screens to support MacBook Pro


The latest reports confirmed that Apple will adopt new suppliers of mini-LED screens with the aim of launching the MacBook Pro devices on schedule this year during the month of September. Apple is preparing to launch new 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pros during the month of September, as these versions feature mini-LED screens. The signing of Osram Opto Semiconductors as a new supplier to Apple, and today the report includes both Zhen Ding Technology and Tripod Technology to Apple's supply chains.

Zhen Ding is already an Apple supplier of mini-LED backlit panels for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2021, the first to feature a mini-LED display. The report also confirms that Zhen Ding is preparing to increase its production capacity to keep pace with new demands for mini-LED displays that support MacBooks.

Tripod also obtained Apple's approval to join the supply chain, and that the company will start producing panels with mini-LED lighting in the third quarter of this year, and Tripod has also contributed to supporting the iPad Pro for the year 2021.

It is scheduled, according to new reports, that Apple will begin production of new MacBook Pro 14 and 16-inch devices in the third quarter of this year in preparation for the official announcement in September.
