Google reveals plans for WearOS 3

Google has finally revealed the name of the upcoming operating system for wearable devices, as it will be called WearOS 3, and WearOS 3 will be the result of joint efforts between Google Wear OS 3 and the Samsung Tizen program, as Google announced the same thing in the developers event Google I / O 2021 in May this year.

Google revealed the timeline for Wear OS 3, saying that updates would start rolling out to select smartwatches in the second half of 2022 and also said that for the previous generation of Wear OS smartwatches, an update to Wear OS 3 will be rolled out.

The post stated that the operating system will benefit many new experiences, and in some limited cases, the user experience will also be affected. Google has reserved the system upgrade on a subscription basis for eligible devices, meaning that not everyone will have to upgrade their devices to Wear OS 3. We will provide more details before the update so you can make an informed decision, the post read.
