Samsung is about to release a new range of Galaxy Buds, and there are some expectations and hints about the new wireless headphones.
A source at 91mobile claims to have obtained images of the Galaxy Buds 2 which show a more elegant design with a single color instead of the two-tone look we saw with the first set. There will be different colors for the headphones, including green and purple, in addition to the pre-existing black and white.
It is said that the charging cases will look familiar to owners of Pixel Buds A headphones, as they will come in a plain white color, regardless of the color of the headphones inside.
However, don't expect there to be performance upgrades compared to the Galaxy Buds Pro. Previous leaks indicated that the Galaxy Buds 2 will get noise reduction technology, but there will be no noise isolation feature.
We don't know when the Galaxy Buds 2 will arrive, but Samsung will hold a virtual Mobile World Congress event on June 28, though it's expected to focus on new Wear OS devices during that event.
