Samsung held a virtual MWC event at the end of June, where it not only revealed details surrounding its One UI Watch platform that is created in partnership with Google but also hinted at the arrival of the upcoming Galaxy Watches. And while it didn't tell us anything about the designs, the case revealed bezels that appear slightly square compared to current Galaxy watches, and there's no rotating bezel like the Watch 3 models.
What Samsung has revealed, is that the upcoming Galaxy Watches will be revealed “this summer” during the Unpacked event. It's worth noting that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch Active 4 have been in rumors over the past couple of months, so who's to expect to see them.
Unfortunately, we haven't been told when the Unpacked event will happen, although rumors say it's in August. It is also worth noting that the upcoming Galaxy Watches will be the first smartwatches to run on the new One UI Watch platform.
