Apple is expected to produce up to 150 million iPhone 13 this year

Apple traditionally introduced new generations of iPhones in September, but last year due to the pandemic, the timing has shifted a lot - the iPhone 12 debuted on October 14, and went on sale even later. This year, despite the ongoing pandemic, the iPhone 13 will ship on time in September. And even a possible date has already been named - September 14th.

Details are sourced from Wedbush Securities analyst Daniel Ives. According to him, the iPhone 13 will premiere in the third week of September. Given that the announcements of the company usually take place on Tuesdays, the possible date of the premiere was named September 14. However, it is possible that new items may be presented a week later - on September 21.

The analyst also believes that Apple may produce 130 to 150 million iPhone 13 this year, of which 35 to 45 percent in the current third quarter.
