Apple may sell 60 million tablets by the end of this year. Compared to the result of last year, which is about 52.2 million units, the growth will be about 15%.
Most likely, growth, as in 2020, will be due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. At least for the very popular basic iPad, no major changes are expected in the new generation. True, rumors attribute drastic changes to the iPad mini, but it will be released at the very end of the year and will not be able to greatly affect the results.
In any case, Apple will remain the leader in the tablet market, as each quarter has left competitors far behind for many years.
