DJI Mavic 3 drone is expected in October


Brazilian sources have released the first images and some specifications of the new DJI drone tentatively called the DJI Mavic 3. The drone could get a new collision avoidance system, which should improve its overall maneuverability. It will also have a more modern camera and zoom system.

The new drone is equipped with front and rear sensors, with all side sensors, removed. The device will have 1 TB of non-volatile memory, will be able to stay in the air for up to 40 minutes, and will be equipped with a rechargeable battery with a capacity of up to 6000 mAh.

It is reported that a new smart controller will be shipped with the drone. There is also information that the gimbal will be equipped with a new automatic locking mechanism, which is activated when the drone is turned off.

The manufacturer is expected to release the base version of the DJI Mavic 3, as well as the more expensive DJI Mavic 3 Pro model. The presentation is expected in October.
