Honor Code: Presented a new version of the bestseller Honor 50


On  August 30, Honor officially announced the latest version of the Honor 50 smartphone, called the Honor Code. The smartphone will go on sale on September 3 this year.

The entire body of the Honor 50 in the Honor Code color is adorned with letters from the company name, which are arranged in a chaotic manner. This gives the impression that the letters are located at different depths. The back panel is gradient and shimmers in different shades at different angles. In addition, the case back uses frosted glass with a different tactile feel.

The Honor 50 is equipped with a 6.57-inch curved OLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch layer polling rate. The device is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G mobile platform with an Adreno 642L GPU. It supports Honor GPU Turbo X and Link Turbo technologies. The main camera is equipped with image sensors with a resolution of 108, 8, 2, and 2 megapixels, the front camera is 32 megapixels. The device is powered by a 4300 mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging technology. The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box with its own Magic UI 4.2.

The Honor 50, 50 Pro and 50 SE smartphones went on sale in China in June this year, becoming so popular that the company had to ramp up production.
