A Chinese source confirms previously published information that the standard version of the Huawei P50 smartphone will go on sale in September this year. This smartphone will be based on the Snapdragon 888 4G SoC.
The prices are also named: the version of Huawei P50, equipped with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory, will cost $ 690, and the older version, which will receive 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, will cost the buyer $ 770.
The Huawei P50 Pro is currently on sale in China based on the Kirin 9000 4G SoC, and Huawei will also release a Snapdragon 888-based version. 4G and Wi-Fi are enough.
In terms of specs, the Huawei P50 has a 6.5-inch flat screen with a single hole in the center, and it supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The battery has a capacity of 4100 mAh and supports 66W fast wired charging. The smartphone weighs 181g and is 7.92mm thick.
The Huawei P50 smartphone will be the first device to run HarmonyOS 2.1 out of the box.
