Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro smartwatches receive a big update with new features

Huawei has released a significant update with new features for the Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro smartwatches in the international market. 

A few days earlier, Chinese users of this watch received a similar update. The firmware numbered 2.0.0.179 (C00E179R1P179) or the update for August 2021 has a size of 267 MB. The update optimizes HarmonyOS 2 and brings a number of new features. 

For example, the update includes new customizable video watch faces, audio content playback control panel, turn the wrist gesture to mute incoming calls, added AI Life app to manage gadgets in one place, new preset watch faces for energy-efficient mode, time setting for Do Not Disturb mode », Shortcut icons in the menu for energy-efficient mode and Wi-Fi, as well as additional optimizations for the weather widget and message alerts. 

In Russia, Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro are already on sale at a price of 26,999 rubles.
