In iOS 15, you can turn off the camera night mode

In September of this year, the release of the final version of iOS 15 should take place, in which users can turn off the night mode of photography. Recall that this mode is present on the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12, it allows you to take bright pictures in low light conditions.

iPhone 12 supports selfies and night mode portraits. This feature allows you to get really high-quality images at dusk and even at night, so hardly anyone wants to turn off the night mode under normal circumstances. However, as reported by 9to5Mac, this feature is provided in iOS 15.

With iOS 15 installed, you need to go to Settings> Camera> Preserver Settings, where you'll find a new switch for Night Mode. When this night mode switch is activated, the iPhone will know to turn off night mode. If you want night mode, you can still manually turn it on in the camera app.

It is worth noting that a few years ago, when the night mode first appeared on smartphones, it was very popular. Some even use it during the day to give their pictures sharper and wider dynamic range. However, then the night mode began to be criticized for the fact that the photos are unrealistic. Many do not understand why “turn night into day”.

iOS 15 is currently in its final beta stage.
