The device is certified in three versions at once with model numbers SM-G990B, SM-G990B_DS, and SM-G990N. The device will be equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 module and not with the latest Bluetooth 5.2.

The device has previously passed TENAA certification, so we know that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone will be equipped with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone supports networks of the fifth generation, its dimensions are 155.7 x 74.5 x 7.9 mm. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G features a 4,370mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The US and China versions will be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, while the second will be based on the Exynos 2100.

It is expected to come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal flash storage. The main camera will use image sensors with a resolution of 12, 12, and 8 megapixels, while the front camera will be 32 megapixels. The phone will run OneUI 3.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
