Stardock has created an app that you might find useful for anyone who tried Windows 11 and found themselves frustrated with the new Start Menu. A small program called Start11 brings back the traditional Start menu to Windows 11 - for example, the way it was in Windows 7.
Start11 is still in beta, and the program is not free: they ask for $ 5 for it. Among the supported languages, Russian is present. The application allows you to move Start to the usual left corner or set it aside in the center. There are several options for displaying the menu - Windows 7 and "modern". The dark theme is supported and there are many other settings.
