The latest beta version of Android 12 has been released

Google has released the last, fourth beta version of Android 12. It has the Platform Stability status, which means that all APIs and all functions of Android 12 are finalized. For this reason, Android 12 Beta 4 is highly recommended for software developers to test their applications for full compatibility with the new OS - nothing else will change in it.

The next version of Android 12 will be Release Candidate - the pre-final version of the OS, and then the final version will be released (tentatively, in September). Android 12 Beta 4 did not introduce any new features, instead of focusing on improving the performance and stability of the operating system. The new version of the OS is already available for Pixel smartphones, and soon it will be released for other models participating in the Android 12 beta testing program.
