As we already reported, Xiaomi has recently published a report for the second quarter. In addition to financial indicators, including revenue of $ 13.5 billion, the report included data showing how quickly the number of users of Xiaomi products is growing. Specifically, the Chinese manufacturer reported that as of June 2021, the number of active MIUI users increased 32.1% year on year to reach 453.8 million.
Notably, the number of monthly active users in mainland China reached 124 million, an increase of 13.0% in annual terms. In other words, growth is mainly driven by promotion in other countries.
The number of active users of Xiaomi smart TVs and set-top boxes worldwide has grown in annual terms by more than 34.0%. As of the end of June, Xiaomi TV's paid subscribers reached 4.7 million, an increase of 17.1% over the year.
