Xiaomi has released a 100W vertical wireless charging station with an active cooling system. Previously, similar models with a power of 30 and 55 watts became available to the public. The new charger is available to order from the official Xiaomi Mall online store in China for $ 92. Open sales will begin on August 16, 2021.
Such a charging station will be able to charge the latest Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 (4500 mAh) up to 100% in less than half an hour. It supports the Qi wireless charging standard and is compatible with many smartphones, not only Xiaomi, and other gadgets.
The smartphone can be installed for charging both vertically and horizontally. The built-in fan adjusts the rotation speed depending on the operating conditions. For example, at night the speed will be minimal to reduce noise.
