Android replacement attracted 20 million users in just 4 days

Huawei is pleased to announce that the new HarmonyOS 2.0 has a user base of more than 90 million. According to Huawei, this is the largest update in the company's history.

HarmonyOS 2.0 is spreading at a staggering pace, with 90 million users coming in just four days after Huawei announced 70 million people have installed the new operating system. It is quite possible that at such a rate the mark of 100 million users will be surpassed this week.

At the moment, this update is already available on over 90 Huawei and Honor models. At the same time, 56 items on the list are old Huawei and Honor models. Some have received an internal beta so far, others are already using the public beta (in China). So far, only Huawei's flagship smartphones have received the stable version of HarmonyOS 2.0.

Huawei and Honor claim that older models that worked hard under EMUI will be instantly resurrected after the update. Users confirm that after installing HarmonyOS 2.0, there is an immediate increase in productivity and usability. Phone app opening speed, system smoothness, gaming performance, and battery life are much better.
