According to the source, Asus will be updating the ROG Falchion Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard very soon, replacing the Cherry MX Red switches with Asus' own ROG NX Red switches. The new switches feature 1.8 mm travel and 40 gf minimum actuation force. The design and feature set of the keyboard remains the same. In particular, a backlit touchpad is retained on the left side that can be used for scrolling, switching between sets of macros, and for indicating battery power. The official announcement of the ROG Falchion NX model is expected on September 23rd.
