Cheapest Nokia smartphone with 5G support demonstrates its low performance

The up-and-coming Nokia G50 5G smartphone - potentially the most affordable HMD Global model with support for fifth-generation networks - has been spotted in the Geekbench test. The device is built on SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon SM4350 - this is the internal designation of Snapdragon 480. Since the platform is far from the most powerful, the performance is appropriate: Nokia G50 5G earned 512 points in a single-threaded test and 1688 points in a multi-threaded one.

The software platform of the smartphone (Android 11) and the amount of RAM were also confirmed - it was 4 GB. According to previous leaks, the Nokia G50 5G received a 6.82-inch IPS screen, an 8-megapixel front camera and a main camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor, and a 4850 mAh battery. The official premiere of the novelty should take place soon.
