Samsung has decided not to stop and is preparing an even more affordable smartphone with 5G support. This will be the Galaxy A13 5G.
The device with catalog number SM-A136B is expected to cost less than $ 200 in Europe. It is not yet known when the new product will be presented, but, presumably, at the end of this year or early next year, since the Galaxy A12 debuted in December 2020.
Since this will be a budget model, there will probably be a Galaxy A13 4G version as well. Moreover, other Galaxy A models are also available in both 4G and 5G versions.
The source expects the Galaxy A13 5G to be better than the Galaxy A12. But in fact, you can talk about this with absolute confidence, at least from the point of view of the platform, since the Galaxy A12 is based on the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, and at the moment even the youngest platforms with 5G support are many times more productive than this solution.
